APHIS eFile is a modernized and centralized platform to support the four core regulatory programs within CARPOL (Certification, Accreditation, Registration, Permitting, and Other Licensing): Animal Care (AC), Biotechnology Regulatory Services (BRS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), and Veterinary Services (VS) .
