The DIR Cooperative Contracts Program enables customers to purchase products and services directly from DIR-contracted vendors. Customers work directly with the vendor to obtain pricing and product information, submit purchase orders that include the applicable DIR contract number, and make payments directly to the vendor rather than to DIR. This streamlined procurement process helps customers receive products and services more efficiently.

How to Engage Niha Technologies Inc., Through DBITS
- Customers seeking deliverables-based IT services under the DBITS contract begin by defining their project requirements in a Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW must be completed using the Appendix C template and signed by an authorized customer representative.
- The completed SOW is then submitted to Niha Technologies Inc., for review. Based on the project requirements, Niha Technologies will provide a response outlining the proposed deliverables and fixed-price project costs.
- Once Niha Technologies is selected, the customer issues a Purchase Order referencing the DBITS contract number (DIR-CPO-6255). Following purchase order acceptance, project execution can begin.
- Each SOW establishes the scope of work, project deliverables, acceptance criteria, and service-level expectations, ensuring a clear and structured path from project initiation to successful completion.
