Lead QA and Delivery Engineer

NIHA Technologies requires Lead QA and Delivery Engineer to plan, implement and monitor application software quality assurance testing as well as delivery and deployment activities; Prepare test estimates and plan application automation testing processes utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure that new features are fully validated before deployment into production. Position requires MS Computer Science or Computer Engineering+1year of experience with Selenium Framework HTML and XML, Eclipse IDE, Jenkins, Maven and SVN. SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ENGINEER

Develop system infrastructure and IT service integration plans to improve local systems and integrate with centralized systems; Derive high level architecture diagrams, flow charts and technical designs; Develop inbound and outbound integrations with other internal and external systems as per design specifications; Collaborate with network and information security teams to establish a unified system integrating all IT services; Develop system infrastructure testing procedures, programming and documentation; and Work with system architecture/application components and support the technical teams in integrations, reporting and production issues. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems/Electronics Engineering or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in software engineering tasks.

Business Analyst – Financial experience is a MUST

As our Business Analyst, you will identify the client’s requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis and functional decomposition analysis including the incorporation of existing systems documentation and procedures. Additional responsibilities include planning, resourcing, and collaborating with all internal and external functional groups of the conversion lifecycle including sales, project managers, development, and project stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS:

 Perform a combination of Business Analysis and Financial Analysis capabilities
 Create simple financial models and interact with systems to pull data to interact with those models
 Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to identify transactions and document requirements
 Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys,
site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and
workflow analysis.
 Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, dissects high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish client requests from the underlying true needs.
 Actively communicate and collaborate with the client and software development team to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the configuration requirements that meet the client’s business needs.
 Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies as required.
 Work independently with client end users to define concepts and align with recommended operational practices.
 Drive and challenge client users on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans, encouraging solutions aligned with our enterprise platform.
 Collaborate with software developers and domain experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

Qualifications:

 You should have a history of working in the financial services / wealth management industry.
 Detail-oriented with proven ability to work with financial information and multiple financial systems to include advanced Excel. Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated ability building, tracking, and forecasting financial and nonfinancial resources and reconciling expenditures.
 Proven ability to estimate complex projects and create complete and accurate financial forecasts
 Practical experience with corporate finance, economics, financial reporting and analysis, and quantitative methods
 Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

 Experience working on software projects and with software engineers, technical groups, QA testers, sales personnel, customer support, project managers, and client management.
 Ability to write business and functional requirements, outlining the client project requirements that can be used by software developers to design effective software solutions and functionality that meet the client’s business needs.
 Some travel to client sites may be required to facilitate requirements, assist in deployment support, and provide project oversight as needed.
 Aptitude to take business requirements and translate into technical documentation.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with Salesforce configuration and/or product implementations.
 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst/working with Salesforce (configuration/migrations/set-up).
 Direct experience with SF Field Service, Community Portal, mobile features, Scheduling, Maps, and MuleSoft
 Salesforce, Agile, and/or PMP certifications.
 Working knowledge of the integration points associated with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
 Designing and implementing solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platforms.
 SQL and related database query capabilities are advantageous.

Cloud Solutions Architect

AWS Data Architect
